Streetwear Color Rich Beauty Gift Set Review

by - March 04, 2015

Hey there! I had a huge online haul. I purchased five tops, one pair of flats, one pair of long earrings, and this Streetwear Color Rich Beauty Gift Set. I am so relieved and happy with all the things purchased. Though two tops are yet to come home, they're on their way, and I'm so excited. One of those, which is by Street 9, is what I'm planning to wear for my birthday dinner. It's a gorgeous off white colour top, and I just can't wait to see it. I hope both the pending items come home before my birthday.

And yeah, I shopped all these lovelies from myntra.com, which happens to be my first and favourite online shopping site. The sale for the weekend was fabulous. I got my tops, which were for Rs. 1000, just for Rs. 500 and less. The best part, of course, was the Streetwear Color Rich Beauty Gift Set.

The set consists of:
  1. Color Rich Kajal (which comes with a free sharpener)
  2. Ultramoist Lipstick in shade 12-PS I am Sexy
  3. Color Rich Nail Enamel in shade 38-Saucy Orange
  4. Perfection Compact in shade Neutral
The total cost of the set is Rs. 499, but I got it for Rs. 299, which was such a great deal.

Here is a bit of glimpse and a shadowy review from TPCG:

An overview of the set.

Here's the Kajal after opening the packet. It came with a free sharpener.

The kajal has a thick, crayon-ish tip, which gives our eyes a bold look. The thick style resembles to that of many kajals like VLCC, Himalaya, and Lakme.
The application is superb and easy. Also, we can create smokey eyes using this kajal. For all the rockstars out there, this one's definitely for ya!
PRICE: Rs. 99.

The second product in the set is the Ultramoist Lipstick. The shade is 12-PS I am Sexy. Though I have a similar shade from Colorbar USA, this one is pretty good at application.

Here's how it looks on Indian skin-tone.
PRICE: Rs. 180.

The third item is the Saucy Orange (38) Nail Enamel. The shade is superb, especially for the summer season that is to commence in few days. The polish dries off faster, which means you can apply a second coat quickly, thus saving lot of time.

(This gorgeous hand is my mom's. As I have black nailpolish on, I couldn't apply the new shade on my nails, so I tried it on my mom's beautiful nails.)
The colour looks perfect on Indian skin-tone, and I suggest you ladies to try it out. Though the bottle is pretty small and the price is definitely lot more than the content, I suggest you to try it once, and then as per your budget, continue or discontinue buying new shades.
Oh! And the shades in the Color Rich series are simply mind-blowing! At least look out for them in the stores!
PRICE: Rs. 60.

The cute square box of the Perfection Compact looks like this after opening. It has a mirror along with a spongy puff for a baby-like application.

My shade is Neutral. The sponge is great and the application is really, really smooth. The compact powder acted like a regular talcum powder on my face though. It just has a slight skin-colour tinge. Anyway, the price is a good deal, and I definitely suggest you to buy it for its cute packaging and the sponge.
PRICE: Rs. 160.

So that's my review. Do comment below about the products if you have used them. Also, all the queries are welcomed.

P.S. This gift set is out-of-stock on Myntra.com.

Lots of love.
