Aromatherapy #1

Aromatherapy, basically, is the practice of using different scents to affect the mood. All the chaos - exams, packing, cleaning, etc - really is a sign that you need to relax, and calm now. You gotta love and pamper yourself.
So today's aromatherapy will have the 'calm-down-bro' factor in it, i.e., to make you stay in peace.



Fragrances (choose any one)-


  • Lavender
  • Chamomile
  • Vanilla
  • Sandalwood

Steps-

  1. Sprinkle bath salts in any of the chosen flavors.
  2. Put these flavored bath salts into the water.
  3. Enjoy the soothing effect.  
or
  1. Spray one of these fragrances on your pillow and enjoy peaceful sleep in a la-la land of your own.
or
  1. Boil water and drop in it, a bag of chamomile flavored tea, for relaxation. (I don't know if it's available easily.)
or
  1. Simply, spritz a fragrance (perfume) of the chosen fragrance on your body, when you're having a crazy day, with lots of hectic things planned in your schedule.
