This is one of my favourite quotes and I often revise it in my head during tedious tasks. The tasks are so easy, yet tricky. I often repeat the lines in my head and I succeed at the job effortlessly after that.

"Don't let it control you; you control it."

Do not let the emotions, situations, people, and life control you...instead, you have a hold on it. It's your life and you choose whatever you want. Your choice, your responsibility. Don't let any person or thing have a say in what your heart wants. Do what it wants. Take risks.

This controlling will happen from your mind first. Concentrate on what you want to do. Wanna lose weight? Train your mind. It's the mind power that wins over anything else.
