Hello! I decided to make a list of Bollywood movies that have friendship as one of the main themes. There are lots of such movies out there, but I've listed down a few that I have watched, and...almost liked.

Dil Chahta Hai

If you have to make this list, I'm sure Dil Chahta Hai (DCH) would be the first movie you remember. DCH is a classic movie based on the lives of three best friends. This movie is one of the favourites of many young people.

 

Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara
This movie revolves around three school-time best friends who go on a trip and try to overcome their biggest fears.

Andaz Apna Apna
Though the lead actors become friends eventually, this is a must watch with your friends. It is sure to make you laugh!

Rock On!!

A movie about a rock band and its members, who rediscover their friendship via music.

Dostana

A movie about two men who pretend to be gays in order to hire an apartment, and who eventually fall in love with their best friend.

 

3 Idiots

Two college best friends go on a way to find their third best friend, who suddenly leaves them after their graduation.

Rang De Basanti

A dynamic movie...favourite amongst the youth. This movie is based on a group of friends that kill the Defence Minister to take the revenge of the death of their innocent Air Force friend. (It is not a revenge-based movie.)

Style
 I highly recommend you to watch this movie. The dialogues are classic. The best pass-time of two best friends is to mock people, cheat them, and get work done.

In this movie, they dress themselves as girls, and then try to woo two rich girls.

Xcuse Me

It is the movie released in 2003, after Style (2001). 

In this movie, they pretend to be the sons of a hotel owner.

 

Jaane Tu...Ya Jaane Na

Two best friends who swear would never fall in love with each other, ultimately realize they have fallen already.

Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani
A group of friends discover life in an adventurous trip.

Kuch Kuch Hota Hai
 A tomboy falls in love with her best friend, who falls in love with someone else. Later, they reunite.

Student of the Year
 A boy sacrifices his dreams for his best friend.

Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar
 A colourful school based movie; it is about love, friendship, and winning.

Desi Boyz

Two friends become strippers in order to fund their lives.

Mujhse Fraandship Karoge
 A movie based on Facebook chats. A totally modern movie.

Cocktail
 A girl falls in love with her best friend's boyfriend, who also starts loving her.

New York
 A movie about three friends living in NYC.

Main Hoon Na
A fun college based movie, which involves friendship, love, and drama.

Koi Mill Gaya

A strange friendship between a physically challenged boy and an alien.

Sixteen
Movie on friendships and other tackles at the age of 16.

 

Aamras
 A movie about friendship, especially during the school days. (Recommended to watch with girlfriends.)

 

Aisha
A movie that revolves on match-making, love, and friendship.

Mujhse Dosti Karoge

A girl hides her identity and chats with a mutual friend from her best friend's account.
