Almond Chocolate Mug Cake


This cake is so yummy and I'm glad that it's my own recipe. I made it for my cousin brother, as it's his birthday today. I could not go down and get a cake for him; so I made one at home. I had made this twice when he'd come home, and he'd loved it. I can't wait for him to come home and cut it (well, eat it). I'm still gonna insert a 'Happy Birthday' banner in it as well as one candle. I'm terribly excited!

Anyway, here's presenting this delicious mug cake recipe:

PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins
COOKING TIME: 3 Mins
SERVES: 1-2
VEG/NON-VEG: Veg


INGREDIENTS
  • Melted Butter - 2-4 tbsp
  • Powdered Sugar - 3-3.5 tbsp
  • Milk - 4 tbsp
  • Baking Powder - 1 tsp
  • Baking Soda - 1 pinch
  • Chocolate Sprinklers (Optional)
  • Chopped Almonds - 5-6
  • Maida - 3 tbsp
  • Cocoa Powder - 1.5 tbsp
  • Chocolate Syrup (Optional)
SPECIAL UTENSILS REQUIRED
  • Large Mug
  • Microwave Oven
STEPS


1. Mix all the ingredients except chocolate syrup.
2. Microwave for 2-3 minutes.


3. Garnish with some chopped almonds, chocolate sprinklers, chocolate syrup, and powdered sugar.
4. Enjoy!
