Soft Skin Trick

I'm glad that I got a website where we can download images, like the one below, for free. Not that I always need such images; but when the post has meagre amount of information, or even words for that matter, I feel ho-hum. The blog graphic, too, is dull, and it affects the overall personality of the blog.

For this reason, I thought of searching good images, which are absolutely free (and also which does not require me to sign in to the website!). It's not really a 'cool' site, so don't expect a wonderland. But yes, if you want to know the name, do comment below.

Coming back to the topic, I knew this little trick since long back.

Winters in India can be dry. Though Mumbai is humid, people here still tend to get dry skin during winters. That's what is happening.

The best way to get soft skin is to apply moisturiser before stepping in the bathroom. After that, take a good, hot shower and it'll leave your skin soft and smooth. Dab a little moisturiser after the bath, which is mandatory, and the smoothness will last longer.

I am currently using the Parachute Advansed Soft Touch Body Lotion, which is meant for dry skin. I use this for my body, and use the Malavara Lime Vetiver body lotion on my face. Both the moisturisers are brilliant.

If you're running out of time, you can simply take a little amount of moisturiser on your palm, rub it on the other, and apply really quickly on your body, in case you have a very, very dry skin. You just have to wake up two minutes before for this.

In addition, if you don't bath with hot water, it is absolutely fine. Bathing with hot water is just an add-on; so don't worry!

Do let me know how you keep your skin smooth in winters! I'll see you tomorrow! x
