Cheese Schezwan French Fries

by - February 17, 2014

I bet you guys are going to love this recipe. I just started off with making French fries and ended up having this recipe. It tastes amazingly yummy.
The name is soo American-Chinese-French.

(I showed this to my cousin brother who is sitting right next to me, and he has nearly killed me for showing him this. He's way too hungry now!)

Well I don't know why I'm posting up recipes on this blog. Maybe, I'm turning into a Chef!

Without further talks, let's go to the ingredients.

Things you'll need (for ONE person only)-

  • 2 Potatoes
  • Knife
  • Potato Peeler
  • Oil
  • Deep Bowl
  • Big Spoon
  • Tissues (optional)
  • 2 Plates (one of them to be microwave proof)
  • Salt
  • Chilli Powder
  • Oregano
  • Cheese Slices/Cubes/Spread
  • Schezwan Sauce

Steps-

1. Take two potatoes.
2. Wash them.
3. Peel them with a Potato Peeler, or simply with a knife.

4. Chop the potatoes in French Fries style, and not the Potato Wedges one. If you're trying the Fries style for the first time, and can't get it, then just go for Wedges. Since it is your first time, you might suck at it, but maybe twice or thrice, you'll start becoming a pro in chopping Fries.

5. Put a bunch of Fries in the Big Bowl containing Oil, and deep fry the Fries.
6. Remove them out with a Big Spoon and place them over a plate. Make sure your plate has a sheet of tissues on it, for absorption of the excess of oil.
7. After all the Fries are deep fried, transfer them to a microwave proof plate.
8. Sprinkle some salt.
9. Sprinkle Chilli powder.
10. Sprinkle Oregano.
11. Put Schezwan Sauce.
12. Put cheese.
13. Keep the plate in the Microwave, and heat it for 30 seconds (and see how the cheese has melted).
14. Put a fork in the plate, and FEAST!

Tada!
